  • Focus: Detailed alignment, injury recovery, foundational strength, improving flexibility, body awareness
This class focuses on detailed alignment for every pose, helping you move with greater awareness and confidence. You will be supported by a comprehensive range of props—including chairs, blocks, straps, bands, bolsters, the wall and hammock.

By holding poses longer and utilising these supportive tools, you will build a strong foundation, work through physical limitations or injuries, and safely prepare your unique body for more advanced asanas while deepening the connection between body and mind
