Hatha Flow

  • Focus: Breath-body connection, stress release, and progressive asana practice (including inversions & backbends)
Rooted in the Hatha tradition, this practice invites you to hold poses longer, creating the space to feel, observe, and deepen your connection to both body and mind.

As the session unfolds, we naturally weave in smooth, mindful flows to build strength and heat. A variety of props will be used to either support your alignment or add a creative challenge. 

This balanced approach makes the class accessible for beginners while offering a pathway to advanced asanas and deep backbends for experienced practitioners.
